What should I wear ?

You should wear comfortable clothing that you would wear to a normal workout routine.

 

Do you have to be strong to climb ?

No, climbing is not a strength sport, rather it is a balance and finesse sport. An introductory class will give you the basics necessary to proficiently climb.

 

Is climbing dangerous ?

No, ClimbX provides for a comfortable, friendly. safe and controlled environment thereby eliminating the risk of elements normally found in nature.

 

Can anybody climb ?

Absolutely! Men, woman and children of all ages can climb. It is an innate activity that, at some point in our lives, we all should come into ClimbX and do!

 

Do I have to be an athlete ?

No. Rock climbing isn’t about being the most athletic. It is a sport that requires concentration and a good sense of problem solving skills along with basic balance and agility.
